We wanted to purchase a plan at the last moment, not to cover a trip cancellation, but to cover a delay of trip, in case we tested positive for Covid in Mexico and could not return on time. The customer representative that I spoke with was extremely helpful and helped us pick the plan that was best for us without costing a fortune. All of the plans automatically include medical insurance, so I was actually able to save money by canceling my original medical plan that I had purchased elsewhere. From now on, I will go through this company for my travel needs.

The country I was visiting had very specific requirements when it came to insurance. Particularly for Covid cover. This policy checked all the boxes and was excellent value.

Our flight was canceled and we did not go. Makes me question buying insurance when the trip was canceled- maybe there should be a refund option in such cases

Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim, however having the policy provided comfort and insurance in case we did, especially in a foreign country. Always would recommend Insuremytrip.com. Easy to use.

Like nearly everyone else taking cruise vacations, we had to swap around the departure and return dates for our travel insurance. Not a problem - easy as pie to make the change although I learned that I had to call insuremytrip and not the Nationwide or Trawick. Thankfully, we had no need to make any claims so I can't comment on that process.
