It would have nice to get some recommendations and/or a more personalized response rather than an auto reply type of response to my email regarding my health issue on the trip. I wasn't entirely sure what my options were or what action would be recommended in my circumstance. It was Challenging being in a non-English speaking country in a somewhat remote location.

We were very pleased with the cost of insurance we received. We were able to save more than double on the cost compared to the coverage the cruise line was offering. We are going on our second cruise on June 2015 and will be purchasing insurance through TruTravel again. We highly recommend this company!
