International Medical Group Patriot America Lite
The International Medical Group Patriot America Lite plan is a single-trip medical plan which offers coverage for non-U.S. residents traveling outside of their home country with a U.S. visit. The unexpected can happen when you are traveling, no matter your destination. You can be prepared with extra medical coverage during your trip.
The Patriot America Lite plan provides you with the option of choosing for a range of medical coverage limits. Available options are $50,000, $100,000, $250,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 for anyone 69-years-old or younger. If you are 70-79, the maximum medical limit options available are $50,000 and $100,000. If you are 80 or older, the maximum is $10,000. This plan also has a pre-existing condition look-back period of three years.
This plan comes defaulted with a $250 standard deductible. A traveler may opt to select a different deductible amount from a range of options. This allows you to build a plan that works for your coverage needs and your out-of-pocket expenses.
Finding the best care while you’re traveling is often a concern. This plan offers evacuation coverage for emergency medical needs as well as political and natural disaster evacuation and repatriation. These benefits will help to cover costs for transportation if deemed necessary due to the circumstances and arranged through the assistance company.
The Patriot America plan also includes limited travel-related benefits for trip interruption and baggage. This will help for a variety of reasons. If your bags are lost or stolen during the trip, you may be eligible for reimbursement. If you need to interrupt your trip due to a covered reason, the plan can help to defray the cost of getting back home.
This plan also has a few optional coverages for travelers. You can choose to add the Adventure Sports Rider for added coverage during your trip. Please refer to the full certificate for further details.

International Medical Group Patriot International Lite
International Medical Group Patriot International Lite
The Patriot International Lite plan offers travel medical coverage for individuals that are traveling outside of their home country. It does not include coverage for travel within the United States. Your primary health insurance may not fully cover you while traveling abroad, and this plan can help to fill the coverage gaps.
As all travelers’ needs differ, this plan allows you to choose your medical coverage limits and your deductible amount. The medical coverage options range from $50,000 to $1,000,000. The maximum limit for travelers age 70-79 is $50,000. The maximum limit for travelers age 80 or above is $10,000.
The deductible options range from $0 to $2,500. The plan will automatically default to $250 unless you select another option. This flexibility allows you to assess your budget and choose an amount that you are comfortable paying out-of-pocket.
For travelers up to age 64, there is an optional Adventure Sports Rider available to add to the plan. The Adventure Sports Rider will allow for additional medical coverage if medical care is needed due to an injury during an activity such as spelunking, bungee jumping, or wildlife safaris to name a few. Please see the full certificate for more details.
Other coverages include emergency medical evacuation, evacuation due to a political or natural disaster, and accidental death & dismemberment. There may also be coverage for an acute onset of a pre-existing condition. Please see the full certificate for additional details.
This plan also includes 24/7 emergency assistance services that you can call in the event there is an emergency during your trip. These assistance services can help in the event of a medical emergency, evacuation, or if pre-certification is needed.

HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion
HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion
The HTH TravelGap Excursion is a single-trip medical plan, covering trips up to 180 days in length. To be eligible for benefits, you must be enrolled in a primary health insurance plan.
The plan offers coverage for pre-existing conditions as well as flexibility with medical limits and deductibles, allowing you to select both. With medical limits ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000, you will most likely find a level of coverage that you are comfortable with and best fits your needs.
The plan also includes the Direct Billing program. If you choose a provider within the HTH elite provider network and inform them 24 hours or more prior to the appointment, (or use HTH representatives to make the appointment for you) they may pay for your medical care up front. This can help you avoid a claims process.
Along with medical coverage, this plan offers emergency medical evacuation. This would provide coverage for the cost of medical evacuation in the event your medical care provider deems that you must be transported to the nearest appropriate hospital for treatment of a covered illness or injury. You are also given access to many medical and security services, where you can get information regarding security alerts and doctors at your destination. This will help you stay prepared with travel alerts and health warnings in the area.
This plan does have some travel-related reimbursement coverages, although they don’t match the level of the comprehensive plans available from HTH. These limited benefits allow reimbursement up to $500 to offset the cost of having to change an airline ticket if you trip is interrupted for medical reasons, a terrorist event, or an imminent threat to your personal safety. You can find all the details in the full certificate.
You must not have yet departed on your trip to be eligible for coverage. This coverage is only available prior to your departure of the United States.

HTH Worldwide TravelGap Voyager
HTH Worldwide TravelGap Voyager
The HTH TravelGap Voyager plan resembles the TravelGap Excursion plan. It is a single-trip travel medical insurance plan that covers trips up to 180 days in length. One large difference is this travel medical plan does not require that you are enrolled into a primary health insurance in order to be eligible for coverage.
Also unlike the TravelGap Excursion, the TravelGap Voyager plan includes a pre-existing condition look back period of 180 days. This means that in the event of a claim, the travel insurance company will exclude coverage for anything that is related medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment within the 180 days prior to the effective date of coverage.
If you are looking for a plan with a little flexibility in the level of medical coverage you have while traveling, you’ll probably be interested in this plan. The TravelGap Voyager plan allows you to select your medical limit prior to purchasing the plan. It also allows you to choose your plan deductible to best fit your out of pocket budget.
The plan also includes the Direct Billing program. If you choose a provider within the HTH elite provider network and inform them 24 hours or more prior to the appointment, (or use HTH representatives to make the appointment for you) they may pay for your medical care up front. This can help you avoid a claims process.
Along with offering coverage for your medical needs while traveling, the TravelGap Voyager plan has limited coverage if your trip is shortened due to covered medical reasons, a terrorist event or an imminent threat to your personal safety. This coverage will help to offset the cost of changing an airline or ground transportation ticket, of the same class, to return home. You will find all the details in the full certificate of the plan.
You must not have yet departed on your trip to be eligible for coverage. This coverage is only available prior to your departure of the United States.

WorldTrips Atlas International
WorldTrips Atlas International
The WorldTrips Atlas International is a single-trip travel medical plan available to U.S. and non-U.S. citizens who are traveling outside of their home country, but not within the U.S. Your primary health insurance may not fully cover you while you are traveling abroad, and this plan can help to fill in those coverage gaps. You are able to customize your plan by selecting the medical limit and deductible amount that best fit your needs.
Trip interruption benefits can help with the cost of an economy one-way air or ground transportation back home. Covered reasons for trip interruption are destruction to more than 40% of your principal residence by fire or weather (after departure from home country) as well as the death of a parent, spouse, sibling, child or grandchild. Another travel protection coverage this plan offers is baggage protection. It provides coverage for replacement of clothes and personal hygiene items if your bag is lost during transit.
Incidental Home Country Coverage is available to U.S. citizens to a maximum of 15 days per three-month period of coverage. If you have an incidental trip back to the U.S. and incur medical expenses during that time, this benefit may be necessary.
This plan also provides coverage for a natural disaster. The natural disaster benefit can help to defray the cost of replacement accommodations in the event you are displaced from planned, paid accommodations due to evacuation from a forecasted disaster or following a disaster strike.
