I would absolutely tell every person I know to avoid this company. It is a complete and total rip off. Cancel for any reason is complete BS.

I got this coverage since it included cancel for any reason and I was able to get that add-on within the time allowed. I thought it was important due to travelling during COVID and the possibility of new restrictions.

We had a really difficult ending to our amazing trip to Portugal. We ran into issues at the airport and with COVID testing, none of which were our fault. We consider this to be a travel delay and a travel inconvenience. However, the plan that we purchased apparently does not cover our specific situation. We were not reimbursed any of the $2000 we were charged during our extended stay. The reason we bought the additional travel insurance was exactly for this unpredictable and unforeseeable kind of scenario. We're very disappointed in the timeliness of the response to our claim, the unhelpful people we spoke with on the phone, and the unwillingness to accept our claim.

"The claims for this insured were reviewed under the Trip Interruption, Travel Delay, and Travel Inconvenience benefits of the policy purchased. Regrettably, the claims submitted are not covered under the policy. All insurance plans that go through CBP for claim processing are terrible. They take forever to process claims and its very difficult to follow up on. CBP is a bottleneck.
