TruTravel Insurance Premier
When in the midst of trying to prepare evacuation from a Cat. 4 hurricane, I was told I did not have Trip Interruption coverage. Trip Interruption was clearly stated on my policy, but the gentlemen in Customer Service told me he would have to get with a manager to verify. I'm sorry, I can't wait for verification, I have to book my flight. I did wait for clarification, which never came and in the mean time all the flights were booked up. Ridiculous. I did FINALLY talk to a nice gentleman who told me to do what I needed to do and then make a claim, but who knows if they would have paid it.

Unfortunately, this particular policy does not provide coverage for mandatory evacuation. In order to have trip interruption covered, it has to be for one of the listed reasons stated in the policy.

Changed our trip 28 hours before departure for new destination and they helpfully changed our destination for our policy with no added costs.

Seven Corners Liaison Travel Economy
I took out this plan online for my 83 year old mom. She is in good health. Your service is EXCELLENT!!!! In fact an agent called me and she was most helpful, kind and polite. You guys should also be in the airline business.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Choice Cruise
I found purchasing this plan was easy and having it was a great peace of mind. I had concerns that my trip may need to be cancelled because my daughter injured her leg and was not sure if she would be up for it. Plus my mother is in poor health. Luckily I did not need to use the plan but just having it in case was great. Would purchase it again.
