Glad I didn't have to use it, but I thought I might need it a couple of times. Once, when our luggage was delayed several days upon returning home. We were among the last groups to leave Israel before the travel bans were put in place. We were not sure we would not be detained somewhere on our flights home.

Fortunately I did not need to use it. There were 3 of us on the tour of 38 persons that had our luggage all the way through. All the rest had to go home w/o their checked luggage! So thankful I had mine!!

We had to cancel our trip just days before departure. I called Travelex, they sent claims forms immediately via email. I submitted forms and documentation by postal mail, and received full claim payment into my account within 9 days! I was amazed, because some of our friends on the same tour had cancelled months earlier, with other insurance companies, and still had no response from their insurance carriers! Travelex thru InsureMyTrip will always be my first choice in insurance!

This was the most we ever paid for insurance; however, the trip to Israel was not inexpensive. We always purchase travel insurance through this site and will again for our next trip

My family and I traveled to Israel for the holiday. My son, a year and six month old came down with a severe fever and would not stop vomiting. We rushed him to the emergency room, the doctors examined and treated him and he quickly recovered. I filled a claim with Travelex and I received a check within two weeks.

Since we didn’t have to use it, I cannot answer some of the questions. It was great knowing we had coverage if needed. The cost was well worth it. Your customer service representative was very helpful when I called about getting coverage.
