Luckily, we didn't need to use the plan, because nothing went wrong. But it was great to have the piece of mind knowing that if something had occurred, it would be covered. The policy was less expensive and had better coverage than the one offered by the travel site where we bought the vacation. Thanks!

I would never recommend Insuremy trip or April Insurance to anyone due to an apparent disconnect between the two of you. We had a major problem regarding payment for an additional amount for our cruise/air cost. We gave you/them several different perfectly good credit cards for the charge, but we kept getting messages that it wasn't paid for, payment wouldn't go through, etc. All cards had very high limits, nothing was wrong with any of them, and yet either you or April were incapable of completing the charge. It's all documented in my file at either your office or theirs. The incompetency became extremely irritating to us and we became seriously doubtful that we were dealing with a legitimate company. Never again. Next time will go with a direct carrier.

Typically, changes will take between 2-3 business days, so this was an uncommon occurrence. Sometimes changes can take longer than usual when updated credit card information is required. It's better not to need such a plan, but nice to know it will be there should you need it. I've been very happy with the coverage I've purchased from April on multiple occasions.

Peace of mind is everything. As a retired senior, I wanted unforeseen medical coverage outside of the United States. Did not implement use; however, was confident with the coverage if need arose.

It was just basic health coverage for a week we spent in Canada. Odds are one won't need to file a claim, and we didn't, but it was enough coverage for a good price just in case.
