The plan seemed great, but I can't truly attest to it as we never filed a claim so I don't know how that part of it would be. What I dealt with was good!

From out of the country we were not able to call and get help. The connection didn't go through on one number and no one answered on the other number. Fortunately, we were able to get care for my son who had pink eye without the insurance, but if this was a more serious emergency, I don't feel we would have been safe or covered.
