Didn’t need to use the coverage, thank God, but glad to know I had it. I do have questions because you can’t “list†all the countries you visit, and that leaves me questioning whether the coverage is valid for all countries on a trip.

Fortunately I did not use the policy. I purchased a policy that only covered medical emergencies. I was glad that I was able to purchase a policy for just that purpose.

As always, an insurance plan is something you would prefer avoiding using. Ease of mind is well worth the value for money, especially so when out in a safari camp, as we were.

The process to buy the policy was simple & effectively executed. It didn't have all the elements I know to be important (having lived in the past in the countries to where I traveled on this trip). But, the purchase process is exactly the type one would hope for. I used an Agent rather than on-line as they were better at describing the policy. On-line descriptions are too vague / not clear.
