Altho' we didn't file a claim on our last two trips insured by Insure and Go, the one previous to that, taken in Feb., 2015, we had a claim for a missed air connection and it was resolved to our great relief.

We ran into soem people in Mexico that didn't have health coverage and it cost them plenty when they got sick. I gave them your name to get insurance next year. They didn't know it was so reasonable.

This company was extremely hard to deal with. First it was difficult to reach a live person to answer the phone. If I left a message it was not returned. I would try day after day with no return phone call. Only after InsureMyTrip got involved did I receive my payment. Payment over a month to receive.

The proof of the value of the plan is when you need to use it. We were fortunate in that we did not need to file a claim. Although this plan seems to meet our needs, others should rely on surveys that needed to use the benefits.
