The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

We were completely satisfied with the product and with the registration process to purchase the product. Of course, since our trip went off without a hitch, we had no reason to file a claim and we have no knowledge on how that effort would have transpired. We did not have to use it so we cannot tell if there would be any problems with the implementation. It seemed like a good deal for the cost. This is the first time we got insurance on a trip. We will definitely insure any big trips in the future as we missed several typhoons coming and going and a car bomb in a tourist area by one day.

My wife broke a bone in her hand as we arrived in Germany. Upon return home we filed a claim and it was handled quickly and without any long delays which are so common with insurance companies today.. We will use your company again.

Although I didn't need to make a claim against this plan. It was reassuring to know that it was available to me should the need arise. I would purchase another InsureAssist TravCan Premier Plan for another trip.

I did not have to use the plan so I can't really say I was satisfied with it. However, the price was great and gave me more coverage for less money than most of the other more popular insurance companies. I liked that it allowed me to waive pre-existing illness clause if I purchased it within 21 days of my initial deposit. That was an important part in my decision to have purchased it.

Your website and services are excellent. My wife and I now travel out of the US twice a year and always use your site to purchase trip insurance.
