Thank Goodness I have not had to use any claims because the trips went well but when I had any questions I called (InsureMyTrip) customer service and they are AWESOME. Very happy to answer any questions or concerns. I have used InsureMyTrip.com 4 times and found the coverage, prices and easiness very, very good.

I got sick on my cruise and had to see the ship's doctor. That cost $90. I got a prescription for antibiotics on the ship. That cost $50. The TruTravel First Class plan paid 100%. Took less than 2 weeks to get reimbursed. I'll use them on my next cruise.

Thankfully, I did not need to file a claim. I bought an inexpensive policy to cover the most drastic circumstances, such as a serious illness, death or an accident in route. It was a small price to pay for peace of mind.
