I’ve used this platform previously and will continue to use and recommend it to family and friends.
I’ve had to submit a claim in the past and the policy paid without any issues.
Fortunately, I did not have to file a claim this time.

We did not have a claim but by having the policy it gave us peace of mind to have insurance for our trip. We hear fellow travelers tell horror stories about not having any insurance when traveling outside of U. S. and we never want to be in that situation.

Giving a review without having filed a claim is somewhat pointless. The purpose (for me at least) of getting insurance is to be compensated when I file a claim. After a claim is filed, that's when you find out the " True Colors" of the insurance company you chose.
