Great alternative to cruise line associated insurance. Didn't have to file a claim this time, but have in past with Travelex and had no problems getting paid, unlike a claim with AON going on 9 months since date of loss.

We received the full refund to which we were entitled, but it took five months to get it! The cruise was for October, we canceled in August and sent in claims, had to resend information again, and didn’t get our funds transferred into our account until January. Had to call several times to see what the delays were.

You are betting against yourself buying insurance—I am an old woman and buy insurance as a precaution. I have never used any insurance plan and think my history ought to be taken into account in the premium paid. Trip insurance at my age is very expensive. When I was younger & traveling more, I bought an annual policy.

This plan is GARBAGE, did not cover my cruise that was cancelled by the cruise line, did not cover lost air, hotels, NOTHING. Did not even offer me a credit of the premium for another future trip. Don't waste your money on this plan.

We do not have any records of you contacting our Customer Solutions Department, but we would be happy to offer you a One-Time Date Transfer. This will allow you to reuse the policy anytime in the next 24 months. Additionally, we recommend talking to your Traveler Suppliers about transferring any monies paid to a new trip.

Our trip from Singapore was cancelled Feb. 13, 2020 cruise on Princess Sapphire and sent them an email including your company and didn't get any reply from either.
I am very disappointed with no support.
