Very easy to compare different plans and to select the plan most suitable for my needs. Cost was very reasonable. I am very glad that we did not need to use the insurance, but felt much more secure having it.

Just knowing it was there was awesome! For the price it was the best plan for the coverage that we wanted, and for also acquiring at the latter date before our trip!!
This plan does cover a lot of important areas that we needed, to give us assurance on our trip, especially a high medical, dental, and evacuation in case of an emergency.
The rating also was high, which is a must for any one purchasing a great plan.

CSA originally denied part of our trip interruption claim. A phone call did not help, but a follow-up e-mail explaining the situation in more depth caused CSA to pay the entire claim. It took a little persistence, but CSA ended up by doing the right thing by reconsidering their original decision.

I have used CSA for two trips, and it appears to be good coverage for the premium. I have an annual medical travel policy, so I really only need the trip cancellation, but CSA is more comprehensive and would be appropriate for people who want more comprehensive coverage.

Having the plan provides peace of mind. On our last trip, two people had to leave the ship and go to the hospital. Knowing we had this coverage gave us the comfort if we needed medical services.
