Our claim for a missed airline connection was processed very efficiently and was completed within 9 days.
We followed the RoamRight letter which listed the documentation they required to properly review and process our claim. We also attached additional documentation, then grouped and listed all the documents to make it easier for the claim processor to find all the requested information.
My hats off to Roam Right and especially to the claim processor. Very good and very efficient job.

I'm very happy I purchased travel insurance. We were traveling to countries that were experiencing an increase in terror attacks and I was nervous we would need to cancel. Policy prices were very reasonable and coverage was what we hoped for. I did not have any claims this time. I will buy from this company again. The price was well worth the peace of mind it gave me.

Luckily we did not have any problems with our trip and did not have to make any claims....therefore I have no idea how to rate this product. I can not give a good nor bad review bc we did not use it. Only a Not applicable remark will suffice.

I was in England during the time the bomber hit Manchester, and I was amazed that Roam Right emailed me to determine my situation, had I been affected? Did I need any help? What insurance company would contact a client like this? I was amazed and thankful that they were keeping track of this traveler. Thank you Roam Right, you are now my travel company of choice.

The policy I chose covered everything that I needed. When the return date for my trip changed by 3 weeks (I knew this before leaving home), I was able to call the company and have the plan extended for an additional cost which seemed reasonable. The representative I spoke with on the phone about this was very helpful and knowledgeable. I made my original plans via the internet, and everything was clearly presented as well. Happily, I did not need to file a claim while I was away, but I was very glad for the peace of mind that the policy gave me. I would certainly use the company again.

It's difficult to write a meaningful review of it, as I didn't have to file a claim. And that's where the rubber hits the road for any insurance. But I must say I was treated carefully and well by the people I dealt with online, and especially when I had to change my coverage before the trip started. They made it easy for me.

I was unable to go on my trip and I filed a claim with Roam Right on March 15.2015. I didn't hear anything from them so I called. I was told that my claim was there and had been assigned to an adjuster and they would contact me. After almost three weeks I called and was told that my claim had been accepted and a check would be mailed. After 12 days I called again and she said that they had no way to track it so she would reissue it. I finally got my check after another 10 days. I think that the insurance is better than the service.
