Luckily, we did not have to use our insurance, so I can't comment on that part of it. We did, however, feel the plan was set at a fair price, and we will use them again in the future.

This was not where I went. I bought a plan for Panama Canal from nov 30 to dec 10. Never had to file a claim but it gives me good peace of mind.

We did go there but your original post gave a date of September 2016, which I misunderstood to be date of trip. Can't believe I planned this trip over a year ago! Anyway, I recommend your site to everyone. I urge them to buy the insurance as soon as they book the trip to ensure they are covered for preexisting conditions.Dec 12,2017

It is very hard to rate an insurance plan unless you have to file a claim but as best as I can tell this was a good plan for us.

I'm glad that I didn't have to use it. A friend on the ship didn't have the insurance and had to have an IV for dehydration. Her cost was over $1000.
