We were doing both a flight and a cruise, but the online page only allows you to click on one type of travel. As a result, I had to call, and the Tech was able to help me. We travel to Mexico every year, and we always purchase travel insurance, specifically for the medical and evacuation coverage. This year during our 3.5 month stay, my father-in-law became gravely ill, so we had to travel back. We made it in time to be with him when he passed. Later, we traveled back to complete our trip. After returning home, we telephoned, and received information on how to file a claim, as the policy covered trip interruption, which we never had even thought about. Within a couple of weeks of them receiving all of the required documents, we received a check in the mail, which covered approximately three quarters of our expenses.
