Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
Always better to have and feel protected with insurance just in case. Not many detailed comments since I didn't have to use it. I felt price was a bit high, but got least expensive as to what was offered.

AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
I waited 30+ minutes on the phone before an agent took my call. The recorder said 20 minutes. The time to process a claim is to long. The agent could not answer some of my questions. I would not be able to recommend others if the claim process do not improve.

Thankfully we didn't need to use the insurance, but just buying the insurance gave us peace of mind while away on the ship. We will definitely purchase again before going away again next year.

Insurance package was and is the best travel insurance available. No claim was filed but payments would have been paid directly to the service provider without going through your normal health insurance provider.

We were, unfortunately, unable to go on our cruise due to a family emergency. We filed the claim with Nationwide and received a check in less than two weeks! Prompt, courteous service!!
