Multiple document requests to complete claim (my son fractured his ankle in Aruba). First check was sent to wrong address (physical vs mailing). Check finally received.

I wish I'd have been able to save the costs of this plan for better uses, because I didn't end up needing it. BUT the peace of mind I had while internationally traveling made this priceless, so I guess it's worth it, in the end!
