Gratefully did not have any issues, so never filed a claim. Especially wanted the Medical Coverage because of foreign destination. Can not give any info on how IMG would have handled a claim, as we did not have one.

I would not recommend this plan to anyone. They keep asking for documents that don't exist or cannot be provided, desptite providing everything that could be provided. Please avoid at all costs. They do not want to honor claims and want to make it as difficult as possible. Stay away. Not worth it.

The travel insurance provided very comprehensive coverage from a trusted company at a great price, compared to other providers. Very easy and efficient process to purchase the policy through InsureMyTrip. I did not have a need to file any claims, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

The purchase of the insurance was easy. The documents were delivered right away and it gave me peace of mind. I am happy I did not need it, but heard about a girl yesterday breaking her ankle on day 5 of her trip and had to return home for surgery.One never knows what can happen and better safe than sorry.
