When France went on their 90 day state of emergency, I called your office. I could not get sufficient information on how coverage would be affected under these circumstances and when. I did not want to cancel. I was just looking for information about my coverage.

The information was thorough with thorough follow up before the trip. Good instructions. But I really can't rate the insurance since we didn't need to use it. You can only judge an insurance company by how they respond to claims.

My wife has a mostly controlled medical condition. The reason you did not pay for our needed cancellation is, in my opinion, buried on page 12 of 14 of your policy. I'm out the money for the trip and the money I paid your company. This is not the type of policy one should buy on line.
