great having that piece of mind as we had another cruise passenger that had to be taken off the ship in Mexico and I don't know if they had any additional coverage. I was thinking the whole time glad I had this extra policy as that could have been me.

The fact that my husband's plant that he manages is new, we had concerns that he could possibly be unable to travel should something go askew. Having the travel insurance cover the possibility he might have to cancel gave us great peace in making the reservations back in November.

GeoBlue Voyager Choice
I purchased a week long policy, contract only showed coverage for 1 day. Called to extend and was advised it was updated. Checked the website - still coverage for just 1 day. Called back to extend AGAIN and was told it was extended, but guess what - it wasn't. Demanded a refund then told there was an issue with my credit card. (there was not) Called back to advise and was then told I had to submit my request to cancel in writing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Still no credit or extension.
