We had a potential medical claim which never materialized. I contacted a representative who initially gave me misinformed information concerning coverage. It was a most disconcerting experience. Cost of coverage was an issue.

    I’m sorry that you’re upset but I listened to the phone call that you referenced in your post and while I did hear the representative give you incorrect information, I also heard him apologize and advise as to the correct benefits immediately afterwards.
