AIG Travel Travel Guard Silver
I use InsureMyTrip all the time and I am very pleased! I had a trip cancellation claim about three years ago due to a health issue. The claim was settled in full, promptly, and without hassle.

I did not have to use the plan. I will only know how good the plan is if I ever need to use it and see how quickly we can get help in a foreign land. So I really can't comment how good the plan is.

Thankfully I did not need it! Having insurance makes one feel secure. It is the one expenditure that I do not want to use.

We were visiting lots of strange places and we wanted coverage for medical evacuation if desired by us and not subject to carrier approval. The plan gave us what we wanted at reasonable cost with a good carrier. The best thing is that we didn't have to use it.
