AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
Hi as I said in the response email. My clothing was damaged due to my bag being mishandled and the alcohol bottle shattering inside of my luggage. There were small pieces of glass every where, new not yet worn and old clothes were soiled. I’m very happy with the damages.

We unfortunately were not able to go on our cruise due to a health concern of mine. We were able to sell our cabin to another traveler for $400 less than what we paid. ☹️

Had to cancel entire trip (luxury cruise) prior to final payment due to medical condition. No problems getting refund from AXA and customer service was good.

we did not have to file a claim but our ship was delayed a day leaving but fortunately the owner of the condo we were renting allowed us to stay an extra day no charge.
