We were not dissatisfied with the plan nor were we satisfied. Not possible to assign a rating to satisfaction as we did not have to use the service. The cost seems relatively high and I do wish there was a clause for "pet issues" So we do not have to determine whether to leave a dying pet or lose a large amount of money. Thank you for asking.

The claims representative was Outstanding. I liked your plan that we purchased. I did not read it in detail as to coverage and exclusions. I was not aware that different air fare is not covered due to interruption of a trip due to injury. For example we flew to Croatia using Economy fare. Because of severe injury to my wife's shoulder, we flew back to US using Business class as she had to lay flat. We got reimbursed for the Economy value fare-almost $3,000 vs almost $8,000.
I still liked your policy and have recommended you to our friends who also visited Croatia. Fortunately they did not have to file claim but gave them a peace of mind.

the cost for coverage that you don't use is waaaay too much!! You should offer 20% refund if you don't have to use the coverage!!

"Thank you for your review. On average, a travel insurance policy costs between 4 to 10 percent of your total trip cost. In this instance, it was a little more than 4 percent, which is on the lower end. We are sorry to not have met your expectations. The administrative personnel were very helpful in signing up for the plan and in answering our questions.The real proof of how good a company is when they have to handle a claim-which nobody wants to happen anyway.
