    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. You raise a terrific point that the rental car coverage is good for collision/damage but does not include liability. We will pass on the idea of rental car liability coverage to our product department.

I went Ireland and Scotland for 18 days and did not have to use any aspect of my plan. It was nice to know that if for some reason I could not follow through with my plans that a significant amount of my money was refundable.

The plan covered everything we needed. We did not have any mishaps so did not file a claim, but we felt sure it would cover anything that we needed. Will keep this plan in mind for future trips when we don't have group insurance.
