I am pleased to say I didn't need to use the insurance but am also pleased to know it was there to cover any situation. For us this was an expensive trip and we wanted/needed that comfort.

I thought the pricing was fair compared to other providers for the same coverage. As I did not file a claim, I can not comment upon the responsiveness to that. However, I found the representatives to be very helpful and knowledgeable when I was placing the coverage and any time I had a question thereafter.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Lite
After a phone call, I was given the information needed to apply for a refund of medical expenses due to an illness on our cruise. I was treated professionally, and courteously, and able to complete the paperwork that was necessary. It has been mailed as of 12/15/16. Excellent phone staff.
