I had this plan at one star because I thought I was not going to get anything for my claim. After a few weeks and insuremytrip stepping in I was able to find out part of my claim was approved. They need to work on communication!

Plan paid medical expenses quickly and have done so in past years as needed. I never travel without this insurance.
