Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection ExactCare
A friend fell and broke her ankle. She asked for assistance in contacting airlines and airports to provide her with a wheel chair, no claim was made, no money was requested. Berkshire Hathaway declined request for assistance. No more InsureMyTrip for me or my friends.

We tried to investigate the call for assistance with our assistance team after you contacted us, however without your friend’s contact information, we don’t have the details of your friend’s request. It appears your friend may not have been an insured with a BHTP travel insurance policy. It is our policy to try and assist any traveler in need who calls, however please understand we must first assist our BHTP insureds. We encourage you to reach out to us at 844-411-BHTP or through email at [email protected] so we can better understand what happened."

AIG Travel Travel Guard Flight Guard
I did not make a claim because the plane did not crash. However, had the plane crashed my beneficiary would have claimed.

So I'm real happy to be able to respond to your survey for obvious reasons

AIG Travel Travel Guard Gold
Great plan for those unexpected events that can occur while traveling. I didn’t worry because I knew I had the AIG Travel Guard Gold Plan. I will always use this company and their travel guard plans when I take a trip! Thank you!
