My 22 day trip was fantastic. Everything went smoothly, except for delayed luggage on return trip home. The policy only covers outbound baggage delay. In all, we did not use any part of the policy which was great. Looking back, it was great coverage that was a little expensive. I probably would choose less expensive coverage next time, with more basic coverage.

I only want a policy that covers the costs associated with trip cancellation, and travel delays that might occur during the trip. I already have coverage for medical and medical evacuation. I am paying for stuff I do not want or need. However, this plan was competitively priced.

This was my second time using the plan mainly to cover trip interruption. I find myself feeling secure, especially when I travel to Europe and South America, where flights are chaotic and language is different.
Last year when I got stranded in Paris, I got compensated by RoamRight for the hotel stay. This year, I flew to Chile to join a cruise, and ended in Argentina, where the flight was extremely chaotic. My friends' flight was cancelled for no reason. They needed to stay for another day with no compensation from the airline. I was glad to know I was well covered. Don't leave home without it.
