Since we didn't have any major problems, it wasn't necessary to file a claim. Therefore, it is really impossible to rate the insurance. I assume if we had filed a claim the process would be the same for any insurance company.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Choice Cruise
We booked a Viking Ocean cruise over a year in advance. Before sailing we had an itinerary change and during sailing in the Mediterranean, another change. We are so happy we bought this insurance rather than the one the cruise line offers! Not only was it less expensive but it covered more. As a result of our claim documentation substantiating the changes, Nationwide processed checks quickly and within the advised time frame. We highly recommend purchasing the Nationwide Choice Cruise Plan!
