Never having had a need to purchase medical coverage for travel, I was a bit intimidated when I started looking into the insurance. I was thrilled that it was easy to find, I was thrilled that the customer service reps were not "offshore reps", and was even more thrilled that the reps were thorough without being convoluted. I thankfully did not have occasion to have to use the service, but am confident that if I had that the reps would assist efficiently and competently. My cynicism on American Customer Service standards has been diminished, your customer service reps are a credit to the industry so Thank Them.

Like any insurance, you only really know the coverage when you use it. Thankfully I didn't have to use it but it is always good to have some piece of mind. Everyone's needs are different but after hearing of other people's experiences, I would not travel with at least a minimum amount of insurance.

Yes as it was simple and fast to talk to agent tell her/him what you needed and cover what is important to you. Al-tho I am happy to report I didn't need to file a claim its the peace of mind to know your hard earned money is/was protected just in case as travel today is not a easy as it once was.

Thankfully, we did not require this insurance on our 8 day out-of-country trip, but we felt confident that it was there if we needed it! I applied online prior to our trip, and it was very easy and thorough. We will use your company again when we decide to go on another trip. I purchased your insurance only to find out that I got sick on the last day of the cruise and since I was on USA waters, they wouldn't cover my missed flight due to illness. I have proof from the doctor I needed to see in Los Angeles, he advised me not to fly until I was better, Jetblue wouldn't adhere to me being sick and change my fight to another day.
