All my claims were fully covered, even the medical Rx's incurred after we had our emergency return from the trip. Airline costs, medical costs, and lost vacation days due to our illness all covered and paid in full.

Without having a claim I can't rate the coverage or quality of service. The plan offered just what I wanted and the responses and web communication were excellent. Had no idea such tailored coverages were available. Will definitely back

Since I did not use the plan it is difficult to judge the quality of the coverage and speed of recovery. I had a great trip, but I thought the plan was expensive.

Excellent price for the peace of mind I enjoyed prior to the trip departure. No worries about trip cancellation, bad weather, travel delays, or lost or delayed luggage.
Will be using Travel Guard in the future, and I hope I never have to use it, but if I do, it appears I am covered for my concerns.
