It is difficult to rate a plan when no claim was necessary. But on paper, everything looked great and it was affordable. We are thankful that we did not need to use the plan and grateful that we had it in place just in case.

Hurricane Irma canceled our trip. AIG representative was very understanding and fully refunded our costs. We will certainly contact AIG when our next trip is scheduled.
