The problem with this insurance and apparently all of them is that we do not need medical or evacuation coverage--I wish they would just sell trip interruption, baggage loss, change of plans and so forth separate from the medical coverage. Or at least offer that as an option.

I thought I was going to cancel my trip due to a serious and sudden family illness. I called and the c s rep answered all my questions and told me what was required in order to get a trip refund.
I did not have to cancel but it was good to know that I had help if needed.
