Very slow. Supplied requested info and waited then asked for additional info. Sent requested confirmation they received it no response add 30 days waiting then another 3 weeks before payment. Very poor communication.

Nearly had to use you, because of lost luggage, but showed up the next day. also missed a flight,and had to stay over, but the airline took care of us. thanks
