Overall, by having purchased the plan I had peacce of mind if I had a medical issue I would be covered. However, I did not require any medical assistance while traveling so I do not know how the policy would have covered me.

We did not have to file a claim, fortunately. We did have to change our dates of coverage, though, and the process was easy and the person who helped me was great. We chose this plan because it is one of very few that defines family members to include in-laws. We also found the coverage to be very reasonable for all that is covered, and yes, we will probably use AXA again in the future.
