We didn't have a claim this time. However, we purchased a similar policy about a year ago. That time we did have a minor claim, and they settled it very effectively.

Lost my passport in Finland. Your concierge service was extremely helpful. I was able to get a new passport in less than 24 hours without any trip interruption!
