We didn't need to use this, thank goodness. The coverage was rather expensive and, because we didn't sign up early enough, the plan did not cover all medical expenses--only secondary coverage. As seniors, we have Medicare as our basic insurance and that didn't cover us as we were traveling.

It was quick and easy to get a reasonably priced plan through Berkshire Hathaway. We didn't need to file a claim for our trip so I can't speak to that aspect.
