Thankfully I did not have to utilize the insurance. The pricing is fair compared to other travel insurance offered and it does cover much more so I suppose it's great. I think overall if it was a little cheaper I'd be happier!!

Luckily, we did not have to use the policy. We always purchase travel insurance for piece of mind. Have no history with the company, but it is highly rated. We do our homework before purchasing any policy.

We cannot fully comment with this plan because we are not able to use it. All our plane, excursions, transfers and actual cruise went well. Be using it again come November for Southern Caribbean cruise.

Each Company will base the premiums of their plans on three main factors; (1) the ages of the travelers, (2) the length of your trip from home to home and (3) the total pre-paid and nonrefundable trip cost. Their customer service is very good. We ended up switching itineraries/dates on our cruise and they allowed us to transfer the policy to the new booking with no hassle. Also, I had some medical expenses on our trip. We did not end up filing a claim because the coverage was excess of our own health insurance, but I did speak with one of their claims representatives who was very helpful explaining coverage.
