Unfortunately had to file a claim but received no hassle what so ever. Filled out the paper work and two days later was told I will be getting a check. I assumed there would be some back and forth but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Gives me more confidence they will have my back if anything goes awry in my future vacations. It lets you relax easier especially when traveling with young kids.

It took a lot more time and documentation then we thought it would to get our refund. We thought we had bought coverage that allowed us to cancel for any reason. But we had to send in all the medical proof to verify our need to cancel the trip.

I had a major event a year and a half ago. This company uses On Call International for medical evacuation. My wife made one phone call to this company and they took over. They just didn't take care of my medical issues but also helped us recover our luggage from the resort. After we submitted our bills and the money was paid back to us without any issues. On our recent trip, we were comforted to know that we have these companies looking after us if something did occur. Five stars isn't high enough to state how great these companies are.
