Thank you for your review. The premiums are based on the age of the travelers, the length of the trip and the cost of the trip. Premiums tend to be between 4-10% of the total trip cost insured. Fortunately we didn't have any reason to file a claim so I don't know how pleased we would be depending on how a claim was handled. We would probably use this trip insurance again.

We unfortunately had to cancel our planned cruise owing to my wife requiring surgery. We filed a claim for the lost cruise cost and airfare. The insurance company asked for some additional paperwork from us. However, when we provided it, the claim was paid without any arguing. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to deal with the insurance company, and how fair they were. Our claim was paid in full, and the total time required was about six weeks. We are very satisfied customers!!!

Honestly I won't know how good this is until I may need to use it. I have now bought 3 insurance packages and I have not needed to use your service. So until I need to use it, I really don't know how to answer these questions.
