One only knows how good chosen trip insurance is when one has a claim to be settled. Fortunately, I have no claim, and hope that continues to be the case. I also selected a Travel Insured product for my May-June Elbe River trip and had no need to file a claim. Let's keep it that way on future trips.

We did not need the insurance but it helped to reduce my anxiety about traveling abroad. For example, there was a volcano eruption that disrupted European travel while we were away.
