My flight was delayed and I missed a connection for my trip so I had to miss one day of my overseas trip. When I tried to file a claim the submission process was so complicated that I gave up. I was trying to get reimbursed for the hotel stay that I missed. And it is almost impossible to get a real person on the phone to talk to. I finally gave up.

It was very simple to purchase my travel policy. Once I made my payment, I quickly received a payment confirmation and policy number, followed shortly after with my policy documents. Having this policy gave me peace of mind should something happen prior to my trip. I recommend anyone planning a trip to purchase travel insurance.

The cruise line took bankruptcy and your company did NOTHING for us. Apparently the information was in the fine print. What a joke. We will tell everyone we know that your company should not be used by anyone. We did not get to take the trip...obviously, and you have our money. I'm sure this review will not be published.
