Since I had no problems on my journey I did not need to use my insurance. I was glad to have it, just in case it was needed. I cannot report on the insurance because I did not actually use it.

Although we had a small claim it was handled with professionalism by CSA. The price was fair and dealing with InsureMyTrip resulted in a lower cost than the cruise or travel industry offered. We are traveling again in Dec.2013 and we will use IMT again.

I didn't have to use the insurance, but almost did due to a family illness. I spoke with a representative once about the claim process and while she was pleasant, the volume of documentation that was requested was pretty large. I was glad when I didn't have to file a claim and was able to travel after all.

Didn't need to use it, but having the insurance provided peace of mind while on the trip. I wish they had a plan that just covered replacement of the trip cost and medical/medical evac. I don't really need all the other small items, which surely increase the price.

I think the plan is very good. It covered everything I needed and more. I was fortunate in that nothing happened before or during my trip that would have resulted in filing a claim, however it did give me peace of mind and the cost was well worth it.
