A few years ago I was planning on a major bike ride that cost several thousand dollars. I decided to insure it with CSA through InsureMyTrip. A couple of weeks later I was hit by a truck while cycling and could not do the ride. After CSA completed a quite reasonable due diligence I fully recovered the money I had paid. Since then I have insured all my cycling trips with CSA and thankfully have not had another claim. The cost is really quite minimal given the possibility of some injury or accident preventing or cutting short a trip.

No claim was submitted because no problems were encountered so we don't know how they are on claims--the true test of an insurance company. That said, they provided the best coverage for the money and offered everything we needed.

Fortunately I didn't need to file a claim, but I was glad to be covered. Another member of the group I was with did fall sick and spent several days in the hospital. He needed to change his return flight home and spent several additional days at our hotel after we all had left, and he had NOT opted to purchase travel insurance. Bad idea! I am glad I purchased through InsureMyTrip.com - Easy process, easy to compare policies, and good prices!

Yes, we were satisfied with the plan. Given that it was very hard to find insurance anywhere but here (we were using frequent flyer miles) it gave us great relief to find this. And had a most relaxing vacation because of your company.
