I had no reason to file a claim, thank goodness. I know travel insurance is complicated and it's difficult to compare policies offered by the various carriers.

Because we had no reason to file a claim this review is not based on hard evidence. But I certainly would use CSA again. More to the point, we have used InsureMyTrip exclusively since our first of a series of trips abroad and across the states by air in 2006. I would not consider an alternative to using InsureMyTrip in the future. They maintain contact during and after the excursion. They are quite the opposite of "take the money and run". Kudos.
