Didn't use coverage but the policy met most of the requirements I was looking to be covered. I can't address their customer service since I didn't need to use any provisions in the coverage. I use Insure My Trip everytime I travel outside the US.

Luckily, we didn't have to file a claim for any loss, but I did have the opportunity to talk on the phone to one of the company's representatives. She was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

The premium was a bit more than I've ever paid in the past, but I suppose you had to take into account the travel threat of the volcanic ash cloud which could have canceled a great many trips. I'm just thankful it didn't cancel mine.

I was really upset when I arrived in Dublin, Ireland and the car rental company made me pay for auto insurance which was almost as much as the car rental cost. I thought my auto insurance was covered.
